hello . I was coming on here to speak about a disability allowance if someone who doesn’t have a disability they’re still getting sent the money to their guardians bank. They know their guardian said they have no other choice than to wait to their 16 th birthday and they have to claim the money either they like it or not . So it’s kinda just there

As far as I'm aware, it would be up to the guardian to contact the DWP to report a change.

Is this related to your other thread here?
If so and that guardian is responsible for that child they must report the changes. It's not the child's responsibility to do that.
