Hi @gary71 Welcome to the Community from me too. Shelter might be able to help you.
Take care.

Hi @gary71, welcome to the community. Sorry to hear about your housing difficulties and all you're going through at the moment, have you had any contact with Shelter at all?
Another idea would be to try your local councilors or contact your MP, they might be able to advise or look at your case to see if anything more can be done to help you.
Are you currently homeless or have you still got somewhere safe to stay for now?

Welcome @gary71 terrible .. so so sorry. Someone mentioned shelter. You could also try crisis. www.crisis.org.uk Surely any of them might be able to help you . Crisis operates in different parts of the country. You lose nothing by trying. And I hope you can get a better place.

Yes I went through shelter but they said they can't help but they did give me numbers to ring witch was very helpful because they rang yesterday and they put me through to solicitors to see can help and they have except me and I'm slowly getting sorted I have to go 3 steps first before I can the court route because it's all under discrimination act on mental health

Sounds like you've got some things to try @gary71, fingers crossed that the solicitors can help get you sorted! And I hope going away for a few days means you can put it to the back of your mind and relax a little 😊
