In your previous thread you said you've been providing fit notes since August last year, now you're saying since October. Please have a look back through your journal because I need to know the exact date you provided your first fit note.
What date do you usually receive your money each month?
That's also a long time to wait for a decision, is this your first work capability assessment?

I was confused on first post as was working so August and September it was fit notes handed in to work then from October it was to universal credit, I get paid the 17th, yes its my first assessment i was due to have one in march but because of being really poorly it was put back and then got it this month

Thank you. Based on the information you gave your waiting period will be as follows..
Oct/Nov, Nov/Dec, Dec/Jan… LCWRA starts from assessment period 11th Jan to 10th Feb and first payment will be 17th Feb 2024.
LCWRA at the moment is £416.19/month. Before the April increase this year it was £390. I can't tell you the exact amount of money you're owed because it will depend on how much you've already received.
Money owed will be paid as a separate payment and it often takes quite a few weeks to pay it. Before they can pay you they will need to recalculate your past statements and once this is done you'll receive a letter on your journal telling you how much is owed. It will then be paid into your bank.
You need to check your next statement to make sure the LCWRA element is included.

Thank you, I haven't received any payment from lcwra as of yet

You're welcome. Going forward I wouldn't have expected you to see the element included yet because the decision wasn't until 23rd Oct and the last day of this assessment period isn't until 10th November.
Money owed often takes quite a few weeks to pay it because it's paid separately.
