I just got the limited capability part of uc a week ago, I thought you had to wait 13 weeks but it was paid straight away, my claim started January, how is this possible, my claim is in order and a doctors note was lay but I'm a phone claim and my reason was excepted, please advice

I want a reconsideration of back pay

    If the decision was Limited Capability For Work Related Activity. (LCWRA) the waiting period starts from when you provided your first fit note (sick note) and it's not 13 weeks. It's 3 full assessment periods starting from when you provided your first fit note. It's then paid from the 4th month, with first payment being the end of that month. It's not paid at all during that waiting period.

    1/ What date exactly did you provide your first fit note?

    2/ What date do you usually receive your money each month?
