So went to look at bungalow offered to me by local council and happy to say its perfect. Meets all my needs and more like a tardis with all the space perfectly sized rooms loads of extra storage cupboards 6 total including 3 old coal sheds outside 🫨. Brand new carpet throughout, newly decorated and been offered to choose 2 brand new white good for moving in. Brand new wet room that's perfect for me list goes on. I should hopefully sign by end of week with tenancy starting next Monday. Just need to do a legionella flush but should be done over next couple days. Finally light at end of a dark tunnel cannot wait to get in and make it mine.
