How long to hear back from Work Capability?

Hi I'm wondering how long do you need to wait to hear back from work capability? I filled a form around September and sent it through the post but still haven't heard back. Does anyone know why?

It takes 22 weeks to get a assessment. I applied in March, and are going to my assessment today.

Waiting times will be different for everyone, some wait longer than others. If an assessment is needed, you will be contacted.

Hey @TraillH, carrying out the Work Capability Assessment is handled on a regional basis by different companies. So wait times can vary by region. Your best way of figuring out a rough timeline would likely be contacting your work coach, though even they may not be able to give you a definitive time.
