Taken 18 months pip review

Finally I got a call on Friday, 2 days before they had to respond to the courts.!
to say that the appeal was ceased!!
and they have decided i am entitled to full daily living and full mobility allowance
Review was asked for by them in June 2024!!
finally they understand how much I struggle and suffer
Wondering if I will receive any backpay.?? Cause I’ve been entitled to the full amount since they asked for a review.!
I’m
So relieved it’s finally over.!! It’s been horrendous all the stress and anxiety…..
Spent hours doing all the forms.!!
But now it’s finally been accepted I can breathe again x

That’s great news. Assuming you mean it started in June 2023, not 2024.
As it was a review started by them usually the extra money is paid from when the original decision was made, not when the review started.
Sometimes a decision maker will use their own discretion and award from an earlier time. Some are and some aren’t.
