Help advice needed!

Had a note on my journal on Sunday a "" to do"" to update my earnings, I check UC every other day so didn't see it when I checked Saturday and was apparently added Sunday to be completed Sunday I went on today after a txt alert and completed the to do i am on lcwra and usually don't have to do as such like i say I check regularly, am petrified im gonna get sanctioned, i completed and a statement has been generated do i needed to worry anxsiety is foing through the roof note to self to check daily my journal

    The todo was to be completed yesterday but certainly was only added yesterday

    Thanks seems so stupid they can post a tondo thing to be completed same day I was at work till 9 pm!!

    You cannot be sanctioned for this reason. They may take longer to calculate your payment but it is not something you should be sanctioned for.

    I don't think it is reasonable to expect someone to be checking their journal on a Sunday and, if they even do, updating all that information the same day. You should not be sanctioned at all for this. Please do let us know how you get on @charl1980

    I am just a person that panics I don't think they will sanction me for this I don't really have a advisor as I'm on lcwra but I still worry

    Thanks for reply usually my employer reports but for some reason they must be late reporting it! Xx

    They only request earnings and expenses details if you're self employed, these need to be reported on the last day of each assessment period.

    When PAYE your employer should report earnings to HMRC and UC then check with them. You do not need to report earnings in this case.

    Have you checked your online tax account? The issue you may have here is that if you report your earnings and your employer reports them then it will show as double the amount of earnings, which wouldn't be correct. This could then affect your next payment.

    Apparently my employer did not report my earnings according to them they required that info on their request

    I know not to report unless they ask a friend under same employer has had same issue they don't seem to be reporting it always on time it annoying x
