Hi I need support as I don't have anyone in my life to talk to I'm alone in my flat daily with no friends or family have endometriosis epilepsy Fibroids menopause, emotional daily.…can anyone help? Struggling financially too.

Yes esa,pip but £1300 goes nowhere when the bills,food,rent,electricity goes out. I'm here for you too 🫂 I'm stage 4 endo, what are you? Plus I have Fibroids, Menopause, Epilepsy Heart Problems so I'm dealing with alot...working towards a new future in social media from home,waiting for housing.

Do you have any mental health support in place? Have you looked into a Social Prescriber? They can help you find local activities, groups and services to improve your mental health and wellbeing.
