Still tried to adjust her bad use of words to... she was the victim ..Very bad choice of words and I've never heard her say those deserving ..at any point when she complains

That's true. If she had clarified who she was referring to, when talking about benefits claimants, none of this would've happened. If she had said if someone is disabled and needs the support, then that would've been fine.
