hi we currently pay bedroom tax for one bedroom we are in a 3 bedroom house my wife and me sleep in different bedrooms because of our disabilities I’m due to get my state pension in January i was wondering if i still after pay bedroom tax when i go on it and off universal e

Hi,
Will you both be above pension age by January?
If not, you will still be treated as 'working age' so bedroom tax would still apply.

no just me I can’t claim pension credit either because the wife is not off pension age
