I am disabled and need to find out how I apply for free car tax, I went to the post office with log book, blue badge,Mot certificate and pip letter stating that I have enhanced rate mobility needs. They said I need to register car but I’m not sure what they meen as I’ve never done this before. Can anyone please give me some help in this matter ?
