I had good news today my wife was awarded LCWRA on paper decision but in the letter it said in the letter that they have been advised to do a review in the future can somebody tell me how long will it be before my wife will have a review?

It's normal to have re assessments, unfortunately no one here can answer when that will be for your wife.
The date they have on their system is only a guide anyway, they can re-assess at any time.
Plus re assessments for the vast majority have been on hold for years, so despite moves to regionalise assessment providers and recruit more staff, significant backlogs currently exist within the system.
The LCWRA payments will continue.
