I haven't seen anything myself. I have read the DWP are warning people of spam texts, emails, calls regarding cost of living and not to give any details out.

HOpe that helps

Hi @MammaMu23, I had a similar text too recently and made a post about it. They're really awful!

You can usually report this kind of thing to your phone network. Hopefully they can investigate! Just so you know, I've removed the link so that nobody clicks on it by accident 😊

if in doubt chuck it out

"We are here to inform you because our liaison officer has been unable to contact you"

A fairly experienced user of English would see that sentence is wrong.

Scammers often make mistakes like that.

This is a great site for letting you know which scams are about and what to look for. It's from Which and you can sign up to receive their newsletter detailing all spams they are. aware of and report them too, from this link.

hi Rosie_Scope,

So sorry I did it think about that! Hi hanks thanks for removing the link.
(fibro brain and menopause head).

I did think the English looked a little strange, but English is not my first language + dyslexia….

Rosie_Scope

Not a problem @MammaMu23! I almost did the same on my post about the scam, these silly brain things hardly ever work how you want them to! No harm done 😊

birdwatcher

That looks like a scam to me. I've had something very similar. Please don't click the link!

Jellihead

Its a scam. Without a shadow of doubt as all 2023-2024 closed already and I've never seen anything that says "collection channel"???
