Hi, I wom my pip appeal last month scoring 10 points for mobility at tribunal. That evening I went online and on my pip appeal it had been send I had won the appeal and the points etc.I only scored 7 on daily living.
Afew days letter got the award letter from the tribunal saying the same thing as above,
I left it today to phone up the pip help line to just ask them when would payment start etc. They told me there had been some confusion there end as they had received notice that I won my appeal(10 ponts on mobility) and 7 on daily living. Then they received notice that I had not won my appeal at all.So they told me they have to get in touch with the actual judge whom was at my case to confirm if i had won or not. They said they contacted hmcts on the 7th of november
I am so stresed right now,as i am worried i have not won my appeal after all these weeks of thinking i had.Any advice or what to expect next etc,I would be grateful.I already suffer from anxiety and depression and this is not helping at all.
Thankyou

Hello @Charlie5. We would only be guessed at what has happened I'm afraid. Have you reached out to HMCTs yourself to ask for clarification?

I have just speaking to hmcts and they tell me a correction notice has been put in via the dwp and they judge will get in touch with them, but they have also told me a letter will come from the judge and I can put my statement on this how it has effected me etc as they do think I was refused the award yet I have had a award based on mobility.
Thankyou.they also did say the correction by the judge could go again in my favour
