Pip assesment report 😡

i have just received my report today. Going through all i just can’t handle of my stress. I has phone assesment last week. It lasted 1,5 hours. Looking at it the recommendation ‘0’. She recorded my call. I have it but don’t know if it would help. On her report even she states on most of the things i need promting, getting help from others. But she lied on mostly, the things i answered not looking accurete on her report. Even lied about my weight. I was down to 37 kg got diagnoses of anaroxia . I said after pregnancy i have put weight on and she said how did you weigh i said 66 kg, she put that for my current weight😡 stating over weight.
Always ordering food never cook she also put 0 on that. I can not cook at all. I get support with going out never gone alone. Which she stated that on report but put 0 . I have never ever been able to drive other then local i use auto. Never been on motorway . If any unfamilier places i use mu sister or husband. I have been refused on going on the plane as looked that bad with my panic attack. They wanted a fit to fly note from doctor. Missed my flight with my mum. She never mentioned that on report or when i was in public bus i locked my self in toilet until my sister arrived. She did not put anything that would really helped with my report. There are lots of more things. I just feel so angry.

Hey @daisy24 I'm really sorry to hear the report wasn't giving all the facts. It's ok though as you can ask for a MR (mandatory reconsideration) and someone will look at your assessment again. I'd recommend doing this in writing and not over the phone. Focus less on what the assessor left out and more on which descriptors you think you qualify for, with real life examples and any consequences.

Many people have had the same kind of assessment report as you, myself included. I went from 0 points awarded to standard daily and enhanced mobility.

thank you. I just can’t get over it. Just feeling so bad. But as you said, i will wait until decison letter and then act.

My report is quite the same.. My eldest daughter and neighbour have to do basically everything for me and nowhere did she mention them in my report at all. I didn't do the MR but wish I had. Been several months since I was refused and only yesterday decided to re apply as mu situation has got alot worse. Keep your head up. Do the MR.
