LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
More information is needed to give the correct advice:
The date you provided UC with the first Fit Note
Were there any gaps in providing the Fit Notes?
Your UC assessment period dates.
Do you claim with a partner? If yes, do they get LCWRA?

Sorry I ment fit note

Okay, what I'd advise is asking via your Journal when the waiting period for LCWRA starts, as with the disruption to your Fit Notes they will need to decide when to count those three assessment periods from.

I stopped sending sick notes due to the uc telling me I don’t need to do so no more and back on June 2023 I then have been on lwa which I didn’t find out till 2 months ago I’m highly confused with the hole situation and feel like I’m not getting treated fair do you think I will have any kind of back pay? And if yes when do I receive it

Hey @nell123 can I just double check you're LCWRA and not LCW? AS they're two separate things.

Ok, I got you, I was just confused as you'd mentioned "LWA" and wasnt sure if that was LCW mistyped. My mistake.
I'd recommend following Kimmys advice and ask on your UC journal, as unfortunately none of us would be able to give a definite answer in this situation.
