Advice please if anyone one can relate. Hit rock bottom so many times I can't count .I'm embarrassed and a shame I have let people in the past few years of leading me down a path which wasn't for my best interest/ i have myself to blame but this at point i was blinded by the situation.I have got to the point anyone can convince me the sky pink .I have lost control and become very scared .any one been in a situation?

When you say you’ve hit rock bottom, would you feel comfortable sharing a bit more about what’s been going on? It might help to talk it through.

I have to be careful .I have to speak in riddles. For example you been in a car, you have enjoy it for years sharing the good with the driver.suddenly the car isn't all it seems nor what's its inside is good for you
