Notice period finished at work how do I inform on the universal credit site please?

so my 12 week notice period expired yesterday and I am now classed as unemployed but a full time carer to my daughter,
How do I report this change to universal credit please?

Log into your journal, if you have access to one and click "work and earnings" then report employment ending through there.
