Hello everyone, please can someone help! I have free tax due to disability & apparently need to get a new certificate of entitlement because I have sold my old car & bought another. The new car needs to be 'registered' before it can be taxed. My entitlement has not run out. Where do apply for this? Has anyone got a phone number? Thanks in advance! 🙃!

Which benefit is this for please? PIP, DLA or ADP? If it's DLA is it for adult or child?
