I'm not sure what you mean by you had a statement until 28th December. I see you first submitted your claim on 8th August so your assessment period dates will be 8th to 7th of every month. This means your first LCWRA element payment will be from assessment period 8th Dec to 7th Jan and first payment will be 14th January 2025. No LCWRA element is owed.
If your UC include Transitional Protection (TP) this will erode by the additional element. Whether you'll be any better off will depend on how much your TP is.
