Would you automatically get the extra money to help you when unable to work I ask this as 24 months ago my brother unable to work and provided dwp universal credit with sick notes dus to hip also back injury has incapasitated him he is unable to go to work groups etc he no longer needs to hand the sick notes in also not asked to go to work groups he can not manage online uc account and needs to call them or go see them he does not undurstand the system he gets low rate pip daily amount he said he has had call from universal credit about his condition along time time ago but that is it ge gets standard universal credit amount

Even though he hasn't been asked to attend work focused interviews this doesn't mean the decision was LCWRA. It could still have been LCW and there's no extra money each month for that.
He can request a SAR for the information they hold on him and that should give you the information you need. Make sure you include the date that the decision was made on the work capability assessment if he knows when that was. https://secure.dwp.gov.uk/personal-information-request/name
