Yes perfectly normal. It’s the same as in person appointments, they are not always on time.

hi yes all done had it around 12. I don’t know what to make of it tbh was so Informal nothing like the straightness of my
Pip one . It’s all new to me so …. It lasted around 25 mins . She only wanted to know about certain parts too . She was nice and I had been through my nervousness . None stop peeing , worrying if the call was going to happen back to nerves again . Swallowed some rescue remedy not literally lol and by time phone went I felt tierd it does that to me . Just wait and see I guess . But I’ve plenty to come back with if it doesn’t go

I'm glad they finally rang you. It's perfectly normal for them to only cover certain conditions or focus on one thing because they usually focus on which descriptor they think may apply to you.
