Need help for adjustable bed, mattress and light weight wheelchair with large wheels

i am a disabled war veteran and am wheelchair dependant i suffer from ptsd combat stress,gulf war syndrome etc and have a load of symptoms i need help urgently for an adjustable bed and matteress and a light weight wheelchair large wheels as i am using one from the red cross for now im only 53 and iserved for 12 years can anyone help i never thought i would end up like this now i cant even drive a car. thanks for any help as my back and shoulders and legs are giving me gip.
