Hi @abdul1969 welcome to the forum sorry your pip wasn't successful

PIP is about the difficulties you have caused by your impairment, rather than having the impairment itself.
Have you been through the points and are there any areas you disagree with getting none?

thanks all for the clarifications and support.

Hi @abdul1969, sorry to hear you were turned down for PIP. As Kimi87 mentioned, it's worth looking through the descriptors to see if you should have qualified for any points.
The Scope website has some advice about appealing the decision if you think it is wrong:
Many of our members have been through the appeals process, so if you do decide to appeal I'm sure you'd get some good advice and support here ☺️

I think it's normally just 2 points for using a hearing aid. That's what I got, anyway.

PIP is a national DWP benefit with criteria set by the Government.
A Freedom Pass is run by the different boroughs of London who decide on the criteria.
