Migration letter ,bank account

Hello everyone
Couple of questions .
I am an appointee for my daughter she's on ESA,support group ,pip ,hb
Shes not had her mirgration to UC letter yet , is there a back log .
Also I'm her appointee but she has her own bank account in her name ,so all her benefits get paid to her ,I decided this years ago to give her a little bit of independence ,and also so it didn't get mixed up with mine .
Although I must clarify l have her bank account passwords so I can also get into her bank account to make sure she is paying all hers bills etc. and keep an eye on her finances.
The question is when she migrates to UC ,can her UC be still paid into her account ,or will they say it has to be mine as I'm appointee ,
Thanks merry Christmas everyone
