Care assessment

HI any advice. I have had a care assessment buy still waiting for the outcome. I have revealed a letter saying maximum I will pay is 119.95 maximum. I haven't received a completed assessment yet. So is this what I pay or the most I would pay

Hello @charlie79. It sounds like they are saying the maximum you will pay is £119.95, but we wouldn't be able to say for certain. I would think you need to see the completed assessment first. Have you heard any more from tham?

NO my social worker is amazing. She is really looking into things. I can't leave my home due to ptsd from an event got evidence dispute with nhs as need home visits from cmht. Staff agree but management don't want home visits as its pressure on them. In have all my evidence gp letter diary of every apt and everything for last 10 yrs. Also due to communicate through email they can't dispute a lot of things as email is a legal document

Hi @charlie79 pleased to hear you've got a great social worker. That's got to be a massive relief especially with managing PTSD daily. I hope you're doing ok. Definitely a smart idea putting everything in writing. Hope you receive your completed assessment soon! 🙂
