Got first symptom of Dissociation at age of 10
Ended up with a number of other symptoms until self research and dealing with PTSD I was diagnosed with Complex Dissociative PTSD.
I am glad I have taken every form of treatment for PTSD for decades including psychedelics, EMDR, TMS, CPT, CBT, DBT and any thing you could name. But what has really really worked is …..! I can tell there is a lot of hope now for our community. Saying this I would say that one has to find out the best option for them as one needs to try which one really works for them.

Hi @Bhatu and welcome to the online community. 🙂
Thank you for sharing! And I absolutely agree, we're all individual and you've got to find what works for you.
I hope you find it helpful being on the forum. There's some really lovely people here. If you fancy a chat, may I suggest the coffee lounge within the categories. There's always something interesting happening.
I hope you don't mind, but I've also added some detail from your post to the title. Just to help others who may share similar experiences to find your post. I hope that's ok.
Best wishes,
Holly.
