I live in a 3-bedroom flat with my two adult children. My 12-year-old child has recently moved out to live with their father. Will this affect my entitlement to the property?

No it will not. Although if you were claiming benefits for your child such as child benefit and/or child element of Universal Credit or Tax credits then you will need to report the changes to those departments that he's no longer living with you.
