I want to apply after a failed tribunal appeal 2 yrs ago but I’m so

Traumatised and need some help and input how to write and word things before I can think about re applying the decision.

I would recommend getting help filling in the forms, it always helps to have an outside look at your problems (because they become so normal to us we lose objectivity), they can support you at every stage application, give advice for the assessment, help with a MR and appeal tribunal if that becomes necessary.
