hello I got a letter posted a week and half ago say that we have all the information we have and still nothing happening still how long have got to to wait as I’m waiting so patiently but starting to feel anxious

Assuming this is PIP? That’s just a standard letter sent to the majority of people. There’s no timescales after that letter. Some wait a week, some a few weeks and others longer.

Timescales are up to 12 weeks after the report was returned to DWP.

For first time claims texts are only sent if there’s an award. Even then not everyone will receive a text.

For reviews they often send a text saying your review is complete but they don’t give any information on whether there’s an award.
