I'm on income based ESA and have recently had my pip stopped and was wondering if I can be a carer for my friend and claim carers allowance?
P.s also will I get 1 last pip payment from my cut off date?
I hope whoever reads this is as well as you can be

Are you going to challenge the PIP decision? The first step will be to request the Mandatory Reconsideration. Whether there's a final payment owed for your PIP will depend when the decision was made and when you received your last payment. Best thing to do is ring them and ask.
Claiming carers allowance for your friend. They must be claiming a qualifying disability benefit such as PIP daly living or DLA mid/high rate care. If they do, before you claim you need to check what other benefits they are claiming. If they are claiming Income Related ESA/JSA or Income Support and that includes the Severe disability Premium they will lose this if you claim Carers allowance.
The PIP stopping could also affect any other benefits you're claiming.. if your ESA included the SDP because you live alone or treated as living alone then this will stop. Or if you're claiming housing benefit this may also be affected depending on circumstances.

I've requested a mandatory reconsideration and I'm just trying not to freak out.
My last payment was the 25th but got it on the 24th and they stopped it on 3rd of January.
With my friend, I'm not sure fully what type of pip and esa he's claiming, I will be asking him tomorrow.

If your friend is claiming Income Related ESA and they live alone (no other adults) unless they are either registered blind or claiming a disability benefit theirselves, then their ESA should include the SDP.

And
Thankyou for the information and help! Ir is greatly appreciated

You're welcome. PIP and ESA are completely different and being refused one of them doesn't affect entitlement to the other.
You will of course be invited to apply for Universal Credit as part of managed migration anytime up to December 2025. You will receive a letter In the post for this. If you're in the Support Group for ESA you'll be entitled to the LCWRA element of UC from the start of your claim.
