I've had extreme ibs (where you also vomit)amongst other stomach problems 30+ years, being currently screened for coeliac disease, i can honestly say every time I try probiotics they **** my stomach lining and leave me in agony. No matter what i pay for them. So I don't bother anymore.
You may well be ok on them but just a heads up.
