universal credit thank you for providing the bank statements. following your compliance interview, we have considered this information and decided that your benefit award will not change at this time.
Does this mean that my statements have already been checked as I only sent them 2 days ago

Yes that’s exactly what it means.. there will be no changes and it will continue as normal.

ok they seem to of been checked very quick I was worried as I send money bk wards and forwards to family , also been accused of being a buisness owner on fb which I haven’t been for 2 years .

You've been informed that there will be no changes to your UC at this time and it will continue as it always has. Just because they checked the statements quickly it doesn't mean there's something wrong.
