UC REVIEW DRAGGING ON

Got my uc review on 6th dec to upload bank statements by 20th.All bank statements were uploaded 11th dec.Only had contact bout verifying id over phone before xmas since then nothing.
Should i be worried.Or this simply xmas backlog.Have received all payments.

Hey @christ for this I'd say no news is good news! I'm not sure on the current timelines for reviews though I'm afraid, but if you're still receiving your payments, waiting a bit longer should be ok.
