Will benefits change if my adult son comes home?
Im currently on esa limited work capability and pip high rate mobility low rate care. My adult child is in receipt of universal credit & due to relationship breakdown he wants to come home. How would it effect my benefits? Thanks

If your ESA includes the Severe disability Premium you will lose that unless your son/daughter are either registered blind or claiming either PIP daily living or DLA mid/high rate care theirself.
If you're claiming help with the rent, if there's a shortfall of housing benefit you would be entitled to extra housing benefit.
Council Tax reduction may also be affected and you would lose any single person discount you may already be claiming.
