Limited capacity to work back payment
just wondering if anybody could please help me I’m very confused with the letter due to my learning difficulties. I was awarded limited capacity to work given my first payment in December 2024 I put in an appeal for back just received this letter attached. Does this mean that I have been awarded backpay I am very confused due to the different number of dates on the letter. thank you.

The letter confirms you will receive LCWRA backpay as they have dated your eligibility for payment to 6th December 2023.
When they have calculated what you are owed, a letter will be added to your Journal confirming the amount . Your previous statements will also be revised.
The payment will then follow a few working days later.

thank you so much for your help. I have just realised I didn’t blank out my name properly on the letter. Do you know how I can contact someone on here to get it taken down please
