Hi, just looking to see if anyone could help I was put on LCW April 2023 and was sent out new forms August 2024 my decision came back yesterday that I’m now on LCWRA, it says on the letter I could be entitled back pay, I was just wondering they would backdate me from August or wouldn’t I get anything as I’ve just moved groups? TIA

If the review was started by UC then the extra money is paid from the assessment period in which the decision was made.
If you reported changes to your health condition and provided fit notes for the whole time, it will be paid from the assessment period in which changes were reported.
