Feeling really rubbish about my job.

I work in a profession known for high stress and unfairness. I am minimum wage though and was lucky enough to wfh and flexible hours. However today out the blue I was given a formal notice for not being up to standard. I suffer from severe chronic migranes and brain fog and focus so I understand but also get vauge instructions and had no training. I never have reviews. I have never been in this situation before. I have always been a top model employee. I guess this really was not a good fit for me. Tonight I had 4 panic attacks. I was going to quit but the very nice 111 advisor helping me breathe through it said to claim SSP. I am now sitting here feeling like my heart is in a vice and with another migrane from crying.
