hi all can someone please help me on this here goes .so I’ve handed in sick notes and now been given lcwra from the 18th September 2024 I haven’t received a payment as yet because of the assessment period which I don’t understand they have told me my assessment period is

12 October /11th November

12 November /11th December

12 December /11h January

There the assessment periods I’ve been told so my next payment is on the 18th of feb 2025 can anyone please tell me how many weeks payment I will receive on this date .?also does September to rhe first assessment period not count in this at all I have phoned them but to be honest they couldn’t answer me all I know is Feb will be my payment day thanks for reading hope this makes sense

LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.

September/October doesn't count because it wasn't a full assessment period.

LCWRA element is £416.19 a month.

Do you claim with a partner who gets LCWRA?

Do you have Carers Element in your name?

Do you receive any Transitional Protection on your claim?
