    About ten years ago, I made a list of what I wanted to do. It got me to really think about my situation at the time and where I wanted to end up in life.

    Make a list of things YOU want to change and work through it - ticking off things as you go. DON'T LET ANYONE INFLUENCE YOU. This is your project, it has to come from you.
