hi my name is jen63 I have 2 sons the eldest has spd asbergers syndrome possible learning disability second son been diagnosed with asbergers OCD ADHD Learning disability just concerned about the transfer over to universal credit for my elder son

Which benefits are you and your sons currently claiming?

Steven 39 Chris 31 they both on high pip Steven in a flat he comes down with us all day . I found it to difficult to have them live together they don’t get on

my GP retiring Steven pip for renewal next year that my worry

Does Steven only get PIP, no ESA or Housing Benefit?

What concerns did you have about Steven's migration?

he got good health long has nothing changes he happy will he need medical evidence

except for Steven autism I keep things calm he keep on for hours oh even days

Whichever group he is in for ESA will automatically entitle him to the UC equivalent.
LCWRA for Support Group and LCW for the work group.
It can take a few weeks for ESA to confirm his status with UC but this is usually done before the first payment.
No medical evidence will be needed.
