Mobility car
Hello,
I've enquired about a new lease for a mobility car. The dealership have taken all of my paperwork. I have been accepted for a vehicle. When logging onto my mobility account. It says my application is still under review what does this mean and how long can this take.
Thank you

If the order has been placed then you will be been accepted. Your online account with motability will always say this when you place a new order and it will remain that way until you collect the vehicle and sign for it.
At some point you will receive a letter from motability with a PIN number, you must take this with you when you collect the vehicle because you will asked to provide that PIN number before you can take the vehicle.

Hi.
The car hasn't been ordered yet. As my application online still says under review and it's been like that since I have went to the dealership on 24th January.

As I advised, your motability account online will show as under review because of the new car order. It doesn't mean that you haven't been accepted. Showing as under review will not change until you collect the car.
It would have been ordered and accepted while you were at the dealership, if you have Enhanced PIP/ADP or high rate mobility DLA. If you were accepted then the dealership would have confirmed this while you were there.
