Just a quick Hello 👋. I came across this site earlier while googling something totally unrelated to Mental Health. So while I found the answer to what I was looking for it was also pretty cool to find it was also a forum. I'm 39, have Bipolar and Epilepsy and currently in introverted mode until spring arrives. (Not long till March 🌞 )
