Fit notes to UC

I've submitted fit notes to UC, I only get the housing element I'm finding my job isn't help with my mental health in fact it's making my server ptsd, anxiety and depression a lot worse, just wondering will I get more housing element if I'm not working

With UC all the elements you are entitled to are added up, before any deductions are made.
For you this would be Standard Allowance and Housing Element.
If your wages reduce or stop then the deductions on your payment will also reduce or stop.
You can use a benefits calculator to estimate various scenarios.
