my CMHT psychiatrist is trying to destabilise me intentionally. NHS therapist was gaslighting me and the clinical psychologist has been deceiving me to keep me quiet . These people all form a very tight circle when they’ve done wrong to stop any infiltration.
they think I can’t see what’s going on -

    Hi @letitbe ,

im really very sorry about what you described is happening to you , when i had a conversation with a person z cmht ( who called me instead of the psychiatrist who was unwell ) i was shocked at the way she talked to me , and if i had an appointment booked with this person again i would refuse to talk to this person again, im sending warm hugs to you .

Please take care of yourself as much as you can for the time being, and im wishing you a peaceful night.

    Kind regards.

It might help to keep a written record of what goes on at every encounter with any of them. Malpractice by medical professionals is not exactly unheard of. Keep us informed of what's going on with you. ❤️

thanks Agnia, sorry to hear they’ve been nasty to as well .
these people don’t know how to deal with people suffering with MH, they’ve become cold and insensitive. I think they make me worse and maybe I should ask them to discharge me .
    Hope you’re well :)

    thanks pburns

I do have some things written down and I think I’ll have to start recording my interactions with them on my mobile .

Hi @letitbe I'm really sorry to read what you're going through. I hope you're feeling ok today? Mental health can be incredibly fragile so it's disappointing that you're not being heard or provided the support you deserve. Have you contacted your care coordinator? It's a good idea to keep record as people have said. 💛

    Best wishes,

Hi @letitbe , yes i totally agree with you that was terrible and still is terrible that they took me out of the therapy at my lowest after 4 sessions ( one of the reason was that i reported stress at work , yes i did report a huge stress at work because i had whole company on my shoulders and was responsible for peoples work, damages, absences etc) , and this is a very difficult topic for me the fact that Iapt removed me from therapy took away my motivation which i lack anyway because i suffer from a very deep clinical depression,

Please take care of yourself and stay safe , Kind regards to you .

Tbh Jane , I’ve kind of lost hope of trying to fight this , almost every area of my life has been impacted now and i just don’t have the energy or hope anymore, last few years have been horrendous and have taken too much from me that I don’t think I’ll ever fully recover from it .
I did read that you might try CBT and I’d say try whatever they offer you, I hope you get the help and support you need .

I will give you some hope.lets do this together?.If we fight it each day and draw strength then we are not alone. You are important and worth fighting for.You are not done yet.I know all too well these defeated utterly broken feeling when you arecsat there with a hollow aching heart and tears streaming knowing as if its the end...well it's not.So we fight on and find our solution.Too much has happened to me and I'm guessing to you for this to stop us

I decided for example today that I didn't want to be contacted again by the g.p who passed details onto the psychiatrist without my permission.I know she maybe felt it was in my best interests but It could've been the reason my telephone appointment with him was watered down to only 26mins and it should've of been my choice to make 'patient choice'.I most likely would've agreed to the majority.Hearing the news from the psychiatrist that the gp I'd never spoken to previously had relayed all this info had once again made me feel mistrust. So my point being you have choice of your care.If you can perhaps have clear thought process? And are able to agree with your diagnosis if you have one already.Perhaps you can jot a few ideas forward that YOU would like to try.

thx Jane , I’ve been given a few different diagnosis over the years . It does seem out of order that the gp gave your information to a psychiatrist without even asking you ? Have you requested a different gp contact you from surgery ? Also maybe you can ask for a second opinion ?

Well like you can probably identify,I go through different moods. This morning I woke up and I thought "how dare she have done that".So grabbed the phone and simply requested no further contact from that GP.I also added I wanted no future contact from their pharmacist either.( I know that sounds like I'm against everyone right now). But honestly they really have been incompetent,I can do without it at times of stress. So there are 2 GPS who work there and are actually partners of the practice.one has known me for over 30 years and I trust her and the other is actually very competent too.So I'll just wait for them to contact me.Ive decided this psychiatrist is incompetent. So I'll think on that how I best approach it as that's a little bit harder.Ive already emailed and had a response from the admin only just to clarify my d.o.b.But I didn't actually say in my letter that I thought he was incompetent. He is apparently a consultant so He won't take it well 😀. But sometimes people need to be told but perhaps in not necessarily a way in which will affect my care but in so I'll see somebody who doesn't need help themselves
