I believe there is a wait of 3 full assessment periods prior to any money being due.

LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
What date did you report the health condition?
What date was your first Fit Note?
Were there any gaps in handing in Fit Notes, any that were backdated etc?
Do you claim with a partner who gets LCWRA, have Transitional Protection on your claim or receive Carers Element in your name?
Finally what is your UC assessment period or payment date?

I didn't need to put a fit note in i was on lcw in 2024 they sent ne out a uc50 form in January ani sent it back in before the 14-01-2024 I've been on lcw for 4 years i had my assessment last week and they said they were recommending that I am put into the lcwra support group look forward to hearing from you

As the DWP initiated the review, then the decision only backdates to the Assessment Period in which the LCWRA is awarded.

Sorry i asked for a uc50 form

But you didn't submit any Fit Notes?
Usually when reporting a change of health you would also submit continous Fit Notes alongside.
You need to report a change and submit Fit Notes to qualify for the LCWRA element to be backdated to when you reported the change in health.

The dwp didn't need any i did ask and they said I don't need to send any in because I was on lcw for 4 years and I forgot that they said I need a review assessment again in a letter they sent to me on the same day I asked for a uc50 I got the uc50 form and sent it in on the 14-01-2024

So it does sound like DWP initiated the review then.
As I advised since the DWP initiated the review, then the decision only backdates to the Assessment Period in which the LCWRA is awarded.

Yes they wanted a review

That means you first qualify for the LCWRA element in the Assessment Period that the decision was made in.

So no backdated payment is owed
0 -
That's correct.
You should see the LCWRA element on your next statement.
If not, they haven't had time to process the decision and will owe you one month.
You'll know when this has been done as a letter will be added to your Journal stating the amount owed.
The money will then arrive several working days later.

I've been told by uc that it is backdated once they receive the report from capital and the decision I'd made t

I forgot to mention that Ididn't need to send anymore fit notes in because I was put in the lcw and now they have put me in the lcwra group

As kimmy has correctly advised, this work capability assessment review was started by UC. For this reason you will be entitled to the extra money from the assessment period in which the decision was made. You are not owed any LCWRA element.
Yes, you didn't need to do that because this review was started by UC.
I also see that you said you had the assessment last week and you were told they are recommending LCWRA. You need to wait for the decision letter, if you haven't received it. It's not the assessors decision to make and only a decision maker from UC can do that. Nothing is final until that decision is made.
