Did you report a change in health to trigger the review, and have you been supplying Fit Notes since that declaration?
Or did the DWP randomly start the WCA process?

I reported health change

If you are awarded LCWRA then the award should be backdated to the date you reported change, but this generally only applies if you have also submitted continuous Fit Notes alongside.

Yes also I've been putting fit notes in from 10th October

Then the LCWRA element should be backdated to that date meaning you would be owed money.

Hi again just wondering I've changed from dla because of copd diagnosis so put in for pip now because of deteriorating so if I'm awarded it do I have to pay extra rent as I have a daughter who live with me and I have to pay out of my universal credit 91 pound odd a mth because she lives here an works full time I get 295 universal month

I'm on mobility only I've had my assessment waiting on outcome

Also if awarded daily living part can I claim back the months what I paid rent top ups

If awarded daily living PIP then the non dependent deductions will not apply for UC.
Unfortunately, as you are currently claiming DLA then your PIP will not start until about 7 weeks after the decision is made, if awarded. If any PIP award is higher than the DLA then no money will be owed. This means that the non dependent deductions rules will only apply once the PIP award starts.
