hello
I woke full time and my daughter gets the higher rate of pip but is not in education or training. Why did they take the child care element away from me if she’s getting pip
thank you

Are you asking about the carers element or the disabled child element?
The disabled child element would have stopped when she left full time education.
Carers element, if her PIP includes the daily living part this should not stop unless you are also receiving the LCWRA element for yourself. This is because the same person can’t receive both elements at the same time.
I see you were advised about your daughter claiming UC in your previous thread, did she claim this?
