That is step 1 for a routine UC claim check.
Please read through this thread.
I'm guessing the date is a typo, next Tuesday is 18/02/25.

I had my claim review 2 days ago. Like you I went into a panic but found great advice and information online so I was ready.
Mine literally lasted 8 minutes, yes all of 8 minutes.
When they first asked for bank statements, ID etc I sent them my last 4 as requested. I told them I didn't have recent photo ID only an out of date provisional driver's license, no passport no digital id. They told me don't worry we'll ask some extra security questions. All that was written in my journal.
The first few mins were taken up confirming name, address, NI number, address blah blah blah. A couple of extra security questions. Then she said my statements were fine but had only one question. I said, I bet I know which one and proceeded to tell her. It was because my parents gave me £500 at Christmas to help pay for children/grandchildren gifts and Christmas food. She was fine with that. Then asked if I had stocks, shares, property, other bank accounts etc etc all just yes or no answers that was it. Done and dusted in 8 mins.
Others may take longer if they have questions or any of the above (stocks, bonds, shares, property, accounts etc) but mine was so straight forward it didn't take long at all.
It was my first one too and I was worried like you but unless you are hiding anything from them you should be straight forward.
The lady was very nice. I had more grief and hassle from my work coach only an hour and a half earlier via video call so for me this was easy peasy!
I'm sure you'll be fine.

Omg have we all got this to come?

Yes, they are reviewing everyone eventually and they've been doing this for quite some time. You will also need to send 4 months of bank statements for all of your accounts, including photo ID.

At the moment it is random, I haven't seen anything to suggest they will be reviewing absolutely everyone, although they are reviewing lots and lots of claims.

It seems they all work differently, I had a message in my journal to say that I would get a call 2 days later. The call happened, went through all of the security stuff, then the guy just said they needed copies of the last 4 months bank statements & a photo of some form of photo id held beside my face & I had 2 weeks to get it done. All very friendly! Just after, there was a message in my journal just covering all he had said. Done & dusted in a couple of days, haven't heard back yet though, coming up 3 weeks, but I have nothing to hide so not really worried.

Hello. I had mine today also, can I ask how long it took them to put on your journal that the review was completed as I’ve had not had that put on my journal yet whereas last year I had it the same day.

Hi, I think it may have been the next day. My appointment was in the afternoon so probably updated in my journal within 24 hrs
